Our space features two mild hyperbaric chambers, each offering a distinct experience. One is a vertical, seated chamber for those who prefer to remain upright and engaged during their session. The other allows you to sit or fully lie down, making it also ideal for comfort and repeated sessions.
Both chambers operate at higher mild-pressure ranges and are thoughtfully integrated into a quiet, supportive environment. This allows you to settle in, relax, and return consistently an important part of making mHBOT a sustainable practice rather than a novelty.

What to Expect
Each mHBOT session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is designed to be calm, comfortable, and easy to integrate into your routine.
